Hurricane Divers is owned and operated by Roberto and his wife literally on the beach at Santa Cruz. They had the “misfortune” of beginning their business shortly before the only hurricane in anybody’s living memory hit Huatulco and other cities along the southern coast, so they named their new business after the experience.
